FOX Summer Season Begins Monday June 2nd

Our Summer program is all about getting faster and stronger and getting some races in. All athletes work with event coaches on the track at Graham Middle School and our high school and collegiate athletes get into the weight room up to 3 days a week. All athletes will work on general strength and core training.

FOX is proud to announce 2 great FOX alumns joining our coaching staff this summer:

Allie Miller, former state meet high jump champion and 6 time CCS hurdle and jump champion joins us this summer after graduating from UCLA. She'll be our high jump specialty coach along with assisting in other events.

Los Altos high school grad and current Tufts heptathlete Sarah Nolet comes back to the FOXathletics staff with coaching experience in events across the field. The athlete tha she is, Sarah is also a member of the Tufts soccer squad.

FOX Fall Season Begins September 17th

The FOXathletics' Fall Season emphasis is on strength and conditioning. We stay off the track as much as possible and spend most of our time on grass or trails. We also perform body weight bearing exercises to build strength to all the major muscles, core and connective tissues. Our older athletes put some time in the weight room building a solid foundation to the frame and core. In December we will move to the track more and start working on technical components and speed.

Conditioning practices are held at the park adjacent to Bubb school in Mountain View

Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:30

Weight Training for athletes 14 years and older follows in the FOX Den across the street from 4:30-5:30

FOXathletics offers both a youth program as well as high school elite athletes.

This year’s traveling team will travel to Baltimore, MD and Pocatello, Idaho along with local competitions.

Club Overview:

FOXathletics was created for the advancement of the sport of Track & Field and for the development of speed for all sports. We run both competitive track & field and cross country racing teams, offer clinics for speed development, track & field events, distance training, adult "boot camps" and sport specific speed, strength and conditioning clinics.

We are committed to the development of the athlete whether in sport or in life and believe that the qualities needed to excel in sport; commitment, discipline, hard work and perseverance help our athletes succeed in the game of life.

“Quality is never an accident: it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives, the cumulative experience of many masters of craftsmanship. Quality also marks the search for an ideal after necessity has been satisfied and mere usefulness achieved.” – Willa A. Foster

“He who would leap far must first take a long run.” – Danish Proverb
